Photos: Walk the Moon at Terminal 5 3.8.12

Terminal 5, NYC, 3.8.12 – Walk the Moon played Terminal 5 for the 2nd time in the past 4 months.  The first time they opened for Fitz and the Tantrums, and this time for a bit of a more punk band, Kaiser Chiefs.  Their original show at Terminal 5 was what grabbed my attention to these guys.  I didn’t know much about them and left wanting to learn more. This time, I knew most of their material from their Anna Sun EP as well as their Spotify playlist, and they again didn’t disappoint.  Such a fun band on stage.  They are headlining next month in NYC.  You should catch their show if you can.

Lighting for Walk the Moon was again a lot of over-saturated reds, especially during their first couple of songs.  This is why you see the black and white conversions.  Also, with a lot of openers, they just bring their gear, so I use the black and whites to play with the tones since the backgrounds aren’t all that interesting.
