Convention Hall, Asbury Park, NJ 12.9.11 – New York -based Punk Rock band Bayside, touring in support of their first release on Wind Up Records, Killing Time, opened up for headliners The Gaslight Anthem at legendary Asbury Park venue Convention Hall.
I almost missed shooting these guys as the security out front told me the first band was still on. I made my way into the venue and thought I heard what sounded familiar. Turns out it WAS Bayside and they were a few songs into their set already so I caught the last 2 songs. Lighting was a bit dark then when The Gaslight Anthem stepped on stage later on but still decent. Shot around iso 3200 wide open and only with my 5D2 + 24-70L.
