The Vaccines at Forest Hills Stadium

Forest Hills Stadium, Queens, NY, August 28, 2013 – Photos of The Vaccines opening for Mumford and Sons at Forest Hills Stadium on August 28, 2013.

I’ve missed covering The Vaccines for a couple of years now and was glad when I heard they were opening for Mumford and Sons at the reopening of Forest Hills Stadium.  I loved shooting this band, even with the weird stage set-up.  They have so much energy on stage and give photographers a lot to work with.  I highly recommend seeing them or shooting them if you a music photographer.  We still had some daylight but they were set back pretty well on the stage for most of the set so I shot this a a medium-high ISO, especially since my cameras can handle it anyway.
