Photos: The Gaslight Anthem at House of Blues

 

House of Blues, Atlantic City, NJ, 6.22.2012 – The night before The Gaslight Anthem and Cage the Elephant were scheduled to play Orion Music + More festival, they co-headlined a show at the House of Blues in the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City.  I optimistically covered this show the night before I had a weekend of covering about 30 bands and am just getting around to editing and posting.  It was a super fun show and The Gaslight Anthem and Cage the Elephant gave a proper kick-off to what would be a great weekend of music.  Check out the photos from The Gaslight Anthem’s half of the headlining show at House of Blues.

The Gaslight Anthem played a hometown show about 50 miles south of their hometown and their fans came out to support.  Lighting was okay but the heavy use of reds and magentas always takes away from it, so I converted to black and white.  The Gaslight Anthem looks good in black and white though so I didn’t mind much.
