With nothing but a series of guitars and a chair, Chris Cornell played to a packed crowd at Town Hall in NYC. Singing songs from his solo collection, his time in bands like Soundgarden & Audioslave, as well as covers by artists like The Beatles, he was only accompanied by his young son who backed him up on a couple of songs at the end of the set.
For those that know photography, the lighting was a nightmare. With no photo pit and only the ability to float around the far ends of the venue, trying to get proper shutter speeds meant shooting, at times, at 12,800. Made me thank the heavens I was shooting with my 5D Mark II. The original 5D had a max iso of 3200.
