All That Remains is a great example of why I love shooting metal bands, especially when they give you decent light to work with.  These guys (and girl) had a ton of energy on stage and with proper lighting, it was fun trying to capture it.  Was it too heavily back-lit?  Yes.  But there was enough lighting up front to no look like they were faceless and allowed for some contrast in the photos.  Was there too much on the front of the stage like risers and monitors?  Sure.  But you take what you can get and work around them.  Better yet, work with them.  I shot this with mostly the Canon 5D Mark III and 24-70 at around iso 4000 in order to get decent shutter speeds.
