I had high hopes when I saw Billy Idol on the calendar for May and those hopes ended up being dead on.  Billy Idol puts on a spectacular show with spectacular lighting in a spectacular venue at The Capitol Theatre.  Lighting was so good I could have gotten away with iso 1250 but since I was shooting mostly with the Canon 5D Mark III, I kept it at 2500 and increased my shutter speeds.  Billy Idol is a performer who commands his stage and with long time guitarist Steve Stevens next to him, it makes for some great photo opportunities.
