MAC Center, Monmouth University, 8.30.2012 – Photos of Train playing MAC Center on the campus of Monmouth University. Touring in support of their latest release, California 37, Train played to a sold out house that varied from teenagers to their moms. I have actually never been to the MAC Center for a show so I was interested to see Train there. It is basically the gymnasium at the college but it sets up well for a concert like this. There was a photo pit but not in the traditional sense in that we were not separated from the crowd. It was just a big open area between Train and the first row which allowed for some interaction with Train’s fans. Lighting was at times great and at other times poor.
